How can I receive my bottles?
At GrtWines, we make the redemption and delivery process easy and seamless for our customers.
1. Select Your NFTs
When a bottle is ready for redemption, please select the bottle to begin the process. Redemption windows are noted on the NFT or token description page.
2. Verify Identity
A KYC process must be completed before you can redeem your wines.
3. Fill Shipping Details
Once you enter your shipping address, our industry-leading wine logistics partners will ensure all GrtWines reach their final destination in the same condition as when they leave our suppliers' warehouses.
4. Make Payment
The redeemer can pay via credit card or using crypto for relevant costs, which will only be incurred when the redemption process is confirmed.
